1. The Agreement You Make

By requesting a reservation, making a booking, purchasing a service or simply using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms in so far as the law where you live permits us to bind you. Reading them before you book is a small effort and it protects you from surprises later on. Where a clause here is clear that it benefits you and sits below the floor set by law, the law wins over that clause.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy. Where you read those two documents alongside each other, they tell the whole story of your stay: the terms set the frame for the service, and the privacy policy sets the frame for your information. Together they are the agreement the lodge honours.

2. Who May Use the Services

Our services may be used by any adult who is able to enter into a binding agreement. That means you must be eighteen years of age or older to make a reservation on your own behalf. A guardian who is of age may book services that will be enjoyed by younger family members, and those younger guests are very welcome in the lodge.

If you book on behalf of a group, you confirm that you have the authority to act for everyone in the group and that each person has read, or will be told about, the rules that apply to their part of the stay. The lodge reserves the right, on reasonable grounds and with notice, to decline a service that is not appropriate to the setting.

3. Booking the Guest Desk

Bookings may be raised through the contact form on this website, by email at inbox@yuuyita.autos, by telephone at +18638257272, or in person at the desk. A booking is accepted only when we confirm it back to you in writing and we hold your details clearly enough to serve you well.

A confirmed booking means the desk has reserved your transport, your fitting time, your care slots and your hosted table. If a detail is missing when you make the enquiry, the booking stays provisional until we have what we need. Please reply promptly to any request for completion so the plan is never left hanging.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices for the services are shown to you in a clear way before you confirm, and where a quote is given it stands for its stated validity period. The quote covers the services explicitly listed; other items, such as lift tickets sold by the resort and meals not part of a hosted evening, are billed separately by their own seller.

Payments are arranged over a secure channel at the time set out in your confirmation. We never collect card details through an unencrypted form. Where a deposit is required it is stated in advance, and no service is released until the due amount is settled. All amounts are set and billed in the currency shown on the invoice.

5. Reservations and Cancellation

You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time. The amount you recover depends on how close to the service your cancellation arrives, and that scale is sent to you with your confirmation so you are never guessing at the desk. A service cancelled a reasonable number of days ahead is usually recoverable in a full or high measure.

If you must cancel close to the date for a genuine and well supported family or health reason, the desk will look at the individual situation rather than hide behind a rule. Flexibility is a part of good hospitality, and we prefer a fair handshake over a locked door whenever both sides can find it.

6. Changes to a Booking

You may ask to change the date, the time or the shape of a booking before it begins. The desk will make any reasonable change without charge when the original seats are still open. Where a change pulls in new costs, such as a later transport run or an extra fitted set, the small difference is shown to you before it is applied.

Once a service has begun, a change request is handled in good faith and may be limited by what is genuinely possible that evening. We always prefer to adjust for your comfort than to hold you to a plan that no longer fits, and we will say plainly when a desired change cannot be done.

7. Guest Conduct Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the lodge staff, the other guests and the mountain itself with basic kindness. Unruly behaviour, damage to property, disregard of safety rules and disrespect toward the crew go beyond what any of us should tolerate, and the lodge may end a stay or an evening if such conduct puts safety or comfort at risk.

When a guest breaks something or damages a villa, the cost of the honest repair may be charged. We never invent a bill; we simply replace what our own care could not prevent. Guests who see a safety concern are asked to say so at once, because the mountain is safer when everyone watches the same line.

8. Availability of Services

The lodge works hard to deliver every service it confirms, but the mountain does not always cooperate. Weather, snow levels, lift closures and rare staffing needs can all put a stop to a promised run. When this happens, the desk moves heaven and earth to offer a fair alternative rather than simply folding the plan.

If a service cannot be delivered at all through a whole cause outside your control, you are offered a suitable alternative or a refund for the unused part. We aim to be generous here, because a guest who travelled to the snow deserves a working plan or an honest return of their money.

9. Your Account and Passwords

Some bookings and guest notes may be kept against a simple profile that you create. You are responsible for keeping the login details for that profile safe and for any activity that happens through them. Choose a strong password, do not share it, and tell the desk at once if you believe it has been seen by someone else.

We will never ask you for your password through email or over a call. If you ever receive such a request that claims to come from us, treat it with suspicion and report it straight to the desk. The real YUUYITA L.L.C. team already holds the details it needs and never nags for a password.

10. Use of the Website

You may use this website to read, enquire and book, and you may print or share a page for your own personal and non commercial use. You may not scrape the site wholesale, overload the servers, interfere with its running, or try to reach parts of the system that were never meant for public eyes.

We work to keep the site accurate, available and honest, and we fix faults when they are reported. The site is provided for your help; we do not warrant it will be free of every error, and we accept no duty for losses the law does not allow us to limit. Please report a fault rather than silently trusting a wrong page.

11. Content We Publish

The words, drawings and pictures on this site are owned by YUUYITA L.L.C. or used with permission, and they are offered to help you understand the service. You may not take them for your own commercial site or claim them as your own work. Where you quote a short line with credit, that is welcomed and encouraged.

We review the site regularly so the details, such as opening hours and service lists, stay current. Where a page trails the reality by an honest amount, the desk will put you right before the booking, because the true service you receive always outranks any page that described it.

12. Guests of the Transport Runs

Transport runs are arranged to the timetables and routes published for each season. Guests are asked to be at the departure point a short while before the run so the loop stays on time for everyone. Our drivers act in the interest of safe, calm travel and may ask a guest to fasten a belt or to lower a bag for a reason that serves the whole cabin.

Vehicles carry the seats and luggage that the safety rules allow, and oversized gear should be declared at booking so the right vehicle is sent. The lodge is not responsible for a missed connection caused by a guest arriving late, but the desk will always help arrange the next available seat as a neighbourly gesture.

13. Equipment Fitting Rules

Fitting services size and prepare rental equipment that is provided by the lodge or its listed workshop partners. You should give an honest estimate of your height, your shoe size and your skill so the right gear is set. Fitting continues until the gear feels right, and you should speak up during the fit if anything still pinches.

Safety on the slope is partly a fitting matter and partly a bodily one. We check every piece before it leaves the bench, but no boot, binding or board can remove the natural risks of the sport. Please follow the advice given with the gear and ride only the terrain that matches your own ability.

14. Villa and Housekeeping Terms

Villa housekeeping is delivered to the schedule agreed in your confirmation and may be skipped on days you mark private. The crew holds a quiet key policy and works to a published roster so your space is respected at all times. Valuables that need special care should be locked away or declared for safe handling.

Villa guests are responsible for the reasonable state of the home they borrow. Petite spills and everyday mess belong to our care; deliberate damage is charged fairly. At the end of the stay the villa is returned empty of your belongings so the next arrival finds nothing of the last guest behind the curtains.

15. Hosted Event Evenings

Event booking follows its own note. A hosted evening includes the room, the fire, the table and the defined service you choose, and any food or drink is listed on your agreement so there is no mystery at the foot of the bill. Deposit rules for private events may sit above those for a single dinner.

For outside guests attending a private event while they are not staying with the lodge, the ordinary rules of conduct apply just the same. Event staff act at the service of the whole party and may reasonably ask a guest to leave if they pose a risk to others, with any unused part of the booking handled fairly.

16. Liability and Limits

The lodge promises to deliver its services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability to you is limited to the direct loss that a breach of these terms sensibly causes, and we do not seek to be liable for the remote, indirect or speculative losses that no one could reasonably foresee at the time of booking.

We do not limit or exclude liability for death or injury caused by our own neglect, nor for fraud, where the law forbids such a limit. Nothing in this contract tries to take away a protection the law gives you. Outside those protected areas, our full liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected service.

17. Consumer Rights That Stay with You

These terms never aim to remove the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of the place where you live. If a clause here was ever read to take away such a right, that clause gives way, and the rest of the terms continue to stand as fully as they can.

Where you are entitled to a cooling off period after an online purchase, we honour it for the parts of the service that are not tied to a set date or to work that has already begun. A dinner already served or a fitting already done cannot be undone, but a future dated service can still be released under the law that governs your region.

18. Links to Other Sites

This site may carry links to the resorts, restaurants and partners whose help makes a mountain stay complete. Those links are chosen with care, yet the lodge does not operate the linked sites and cannot answer for their content or their terms. Please read each partner page on its own before you rely on it.

A link is an invitation, not an adoption. If a linked site behaves badly, tell us so we can review the relationship, but direct the complaint at the site that caused it first. We value our own good name too much to keep a link to a partner who lets its guests down.

19. Complaints and Disagreements

We would rather settle a matter at the porch than anywhere else. If a service falls short of your expectation, tell the desk promptly and we will put it right with a remedy that fits the situation. Most disputes disappear quickly once a guest speaks to the very person who can act.

Where we cannot agree informally, we follow the process your region offers, including any recognised alternative dispute body, before we look at a court. Any formal claim that does come to a hearing will be made in a reasonable venue in the light of where you, the guest, are based, to the degree the law allows fair access to you.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the booking was made or, where the law of your residence requires it, by that residence law applied to your consumer protection. YUUYITA L.L.C. submits to the required authority for any claim that the law treats as belonging to your own region.

Where a booking is made by a guest who has no local claim to a particular law, the governing law is that of the state of Utah in the United States, without giving its conflict rules an unreasonable reach. Nothing in this clause strips away the rights you hold under the law of your own country.

21. Changes to These Terms

The lodge may revise these terms from time to time to keep pace with the service and the law. The version that governs a booking is the one in force at the moment that booking is confirmed, so an accepted reservation is not quietly rewritten under you by a later change.

Future bookings will sit under the version of the terms that is current when they are made. We mark the version number and date at the top of this page and invite you to glance at it before any new reservation, because your bookings always deserve to rest on terms you have actually seen.

22. Final Word

These terms are meant to read like the rules of a good house: clear, fair and written with the guest in mind. They will be interpreted in the same spirit, so a small and honest interpretation always wins over a clever and narrow one. Where a single part of the terms fails, the remainder continues to stand.

If you have a question about any line in this document, do not sign in the dark. Write to YUUYITA L.L.C. at inbox@yuuyita.autos or call the desk at +18638257272 before you book, and we will walk you through the point until it is plain. A guest who understands the terms is a guest the lodge is proud to host.
